Why Should You Care About Your Presentations?
This project includes an animated explainer video, PowerPoint templates, and resource materials. I designed these deliverables to help coworkers and leadership in Human Resources put more effort and care into their presentations.

The Problem:
The Human Resources Associate Administrator approached me to lead a workgroup to design and enhance the department’s presentation resources. The trend in the past has been to use outdated templates and not adhere to the organization’s brand standards.
The goal was to create user-friendly PowerPoint templates and guidelines that align with the organization’s Brand Standards.
The Learning Solution:
After interviewing cross-functional teams within Human Resources to identify skill gaps and pain points, I recommended designing an animated explainer video to generate buy-in, in addition to a polished PowerPoint template and resource materials.
This solution is ideal because:
Employees are provided with a user-friendly template so they can “plug and play”.
Employees can use the Next Level Tips and Tricks guide to assist them in creating an engaging and visually appealing presentation.
Employees can use the Standards checklist to ensure their presentation aligns with the organization’s brand standards and quality expectations.
